Anders Rylander has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering with specialties in Industrial Economics and Management from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology. He has been a management consultant for more than 15 years, at companies such as Accenture and Andersen Consulting. Anders co-founded Axholmen, a management consulting firm that focuses on improving the operational efficiency of large corporations in the Nordic market. He also founded Arinvest, a private equity investment firm investing in the clean-tech and life science business areas.

She has more than 20 years of experience in research and product development and production from academia and industry. She has held several management positions in both development and production at Thermo Fischer and has extensive experience in product development of in vitro diagnostic tests. Most recently, Otti came from Cavidi, which develops, produces and markets molecular diagnostics in the field of HIV, where she was Director of Research and Development.

Education / background: Henrik has a background as an associate professor in anatomy, physiology and cell biology at the University of Copenhagen before he switched to the Danish diagnostics company Dako, which was later acquired by Agilent. At Dako, Henrik held several senior positions. He was R&D director before leading the Companion Diagnostics business area. Under Henrik’s leadership, the business area had tenfold growth both in terms of revenue and employees. At Agilent, Henrik was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Companion Diagnostics Division. Before joining Biovica, Henrik had the role of SVP business development at the Swedish diagnostics company Immunovia.

He has over 20 years of experience in the health industry, in roles that span the country manager, global product launches and strategy formulation. He has worked in cancer care, medicine, diagnostics and artificial intelligence at AstraZeneca, GE Healthcare and IBM Watson Health. Robert has contributed to bringing a number of groundbreaking products to market in the healthcare field.

For the past 20 years, she has worked in sales and marketing roles for oncology and cancer diagnostic companies and executed multiple global product launches and Go to Market commercial strategies for companies GSK, Dako (now Agilent), Leica Biosystems, and taken new products to the European markets for SME ViroGates and Visiopharm. Before joining Biovica, Helle Fisker worked as a strategy and market consultant for companies, i.e., Sysmex, Diaceutics, Tieto, and Pathcore, working with advanced, core, genetic, and digital cancer diagnostics, and oncology.

Education / background: Joakim has a bachelor’s degree in computer and electronics, Linköping Institute of Technology (LiTH) at Linköping University. He has more than 25 years of experience in life science with QA/RA experience from development, production, surveillance, market introductions in North America, Europe and Asia. Joakim has worked in bone densitometry, fluoroscopy and C-arms. For the past 10 years, he has held the position of VP Quality and Regulatory at Hermes Medical Solutions in molecular imaging with a focus on post processing in oncology and theranostics.
