Hanna Ritzén

Hanna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a major in Chemistry and Biotechnology from Uppsala University. She has 20 years of experience in the life sciences field in different manager and director positions within Research and Development, focusing on assay development supporting academia, pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, and clinical diagnostics companies. Hanna has been working as a subject matter expert supporting the bioanalytical community within measurement quality and has been involved in several international standardization and harmonization programs. Within Research and Development, she has been actively contributing to and responsible for many product development programs and the launch of RUO and IVD assays. Hanna has implemented many processes within innovation, product development, customer support, and corrective and preventive actions.

Before joining Biovica, Hanna worked as Managing Director, Research and Development with Mercodia, responsible for strategy, business, organizational, and product development.
