Biovica International AB’s annual general meeting will be held on September 17, 2024 in Uppsala.

Shareholders who wish to have a matter dealt with at the general meeting or who wish to submit proposals for decisions on matters already on the agenda for the meeting can submit proposals to Biovica’s board no later than July 22, 2024 (even later requests must be considered if they are received in such time that it can be included in the summons).
