Kommuniké från Biovicas extra bolagsstämma den 20 mars 2019

Uppsala, den 20 mars 2019. Lars Holmqvist valdes till styrelseordförande och ett teckningsoptionsprogram om 175 000 optioner till styrelsen beslutades.

Nedan följer en sammanfattning av de beslut som fattades.

Stämman beslutade att arvode till styrelsens ordförande skall utgå med 200 000 kronor till kommande årsstämma.

Lars Holmqvist valdes till ordförande intill slutet av nästa årsstämma.

Stämman beslutade i enlighet med framlagda förslag om teckningsoptionsprogram till styrelsens ledamöter om 175 000 optioner.
