Hanna Ritzén

Hanna holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemistry and Biotechnology from Uppsala University. She has over 20 years of experience in life sciences, with senior leadership roles in Research and Development, focusing on assay development for academia, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and clinical diagnostics. She has led multiple product development programs and launches of RUO and IVD assays, and implemented robust processes across innovation, product development, and customer support.

Prior to joining Biovica, Hanna served as Managing Director, Research and Development at Mercodia, with responsibility for strategy, organization, and product development.
