Master of Laws and B.Sc. in business administration from Stockholm
University. Cecilia has experience working in the fields of Life Sciences,
IT, telecommunications, and research as CFO and Corporate Counsel. She
also has experience working with listed companies, in private equity, and privately owned and state-owned companies.

Ongoing assignments: Cecilia Driving is a board member and chair of the audit committee of Ovzon AB and Embracer Group AB.
